Samuel Joseph Clark was an English animal, barnyard and sporting painter for the late Victorian period. He was a member of the Clark family of painters, all who painted horses and animal paintings.
This is a large and well painted example for the artists work and is in excellent condition .It has been cleaned and framed in an Antique English giltwood frame
